“New Musical Generation” is presenting its first summer festival and academy, July 7-17, 2010, in Vilnius, Lithuania. Each evening, some of the most talented young musicians from all over the world will perform solo or chamber music concerts and, during the day, they will teach festival academy students at master classes and individual lessons.

This festival is an ideal environment for young professionals to connect with and learn from established professionals and preeminent musicians who can be influential in their career path.

“New Musical Generation” constantly searches for young and talented musicians and later promotes them on an international scale. Therefore, if it discovers outstanding students at the festival academy, there is a strong possibility that it will include them in future concert series.

Performers and teachers will be the winner of the International Tchaikovsky Competition in Moscow (2007), sensational pianist Miroslav Kultyshev; pianists Ingolf Wunder, Alexei Grynyuk, Igor Lovchinsky, Kasparas Uinskas, Darius Mažintas, and Aidas Puodžiukas; violinist and artistic director of the world famous B. Britten International Music Competition, Dima Tkachenko; violinist and assistant of prof. Z. Bron, Alexander Gilman; violinist and assistant of prof. P. Amoyal, Andrey Baranov; and phenomenal guitarist from Holland, Wim den Herder.
